OFINEXT 100% part of the Ofichem Group

Last year, Lab Ofichem set up a new Business Unit, Ofinext, through a joint venture. Ofichem Group can now announce that Ofinext has been completely taken over by Lab Ofichem and has therefore become a 100% part of the Ofichem Group.

Ofinext is fully engaged in producing full spectrum cannabis extracts as an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) for the pharmaceutical industry. The extract is obtained using a unique extraction technology under GMP guidelines. The technique allows valuable ingredients of the plant to be retained in the extract after the process. This is in contrast to other common extraction techniques.
